ScentLayering is a fragrance intelligence platform that helps people discover, score and save perfume layering combinations using structured fragrance data and personal context.
A product, not a perfume shop
ScentLayering does not manufacture or sell perfume. It organizes fragrance information and turns it into practical layering guidance for people who want to use the bottles they already own more creatively.
What the platform connects
The platform connects perfume families, notes, projection, longevity, seasons, occasions and user preferences. These signals support three separate outputs: Compatibility, Confidence and Personal Fit.
Why the distinction matters
A combination can be technically coherent but poorly suited to a user's preferences. It can also look promising while the available data is incomplete. Separating the three scores makes those limitations visible instead of hiding them behind one number.
Where the product is going
The interactive ScentLayering product is being developed as a web application with personal collections, Fragrance DNA, saved layerings, wear history and structured feedback. Public pages remain available as an educational fragrance reference.
